As Project Lead my role involved the management of the logistical and operational aspects of this event.

Venue scoping, time planning, budget management through to ultimate event production delivery.

This event in conjunction with IHI catered for International Speakers and 3000 delegates.

​

A key client requirement was RFID tracking implementation for event zone management.
